​At Canon reseller shop, we strive to offer the best value on open-box electronics, liquidation pallets, and resale items. Due to the nature of our business (liquidation and wholesale), we have strict guidelines for returns to keep our prices low.
​1. All Sales Are Final
​Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for “buyer’s remorse,” “changed mind,” or “found a better price elsewhere.” Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before completing your payment.
​2. Defective or “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) Items
​We value our integrity. If you receive an item that is non-functional or significantly different from the description, you are protected.
​Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery tracking showing “Delivered.”
​Proof Required: Please email us at [Your Email Address] with your Order ID and clear video/photo proof of the defect.
​Resolution: If deemed defective, we will offer a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund.
​3. Refund Process (Manual Payments)
​Since we process payments securely via Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay, refunds are processed manually by our billing team.
​Once a refund is approved, please allow 24-48 hours for the funds to be sent back to your original payment method.
​We will require you to confirm your receiving tag/number before we send the funds to ensure security.
​4. Shipping & Damaged Packages
​Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost by the courier (UPS/FedEx/USPS) once they leave our warehouse. We recommend requesting insurance for high-value orders.
​Damaged in Transit: If a package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the box before opening it and refuse delivery if possible. Contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
​5. Cancellation Policy
​Orders can only be cancelled before the item has been shipped.
​Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered “Shipped” and cannot be cancelled.
