Overview
At Canon reseller shop, we strive to offer the best value on open-box electronics, liquidation pallets, and resale items. Due to the nature of our business (liquidation and wholesale), we have strict guidelines for returns to keep our prices low.
1. All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for “buyer’s remorse,” “changed mind,” or “found a better price elsewhere.” Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before completing your payment.
2. Defective or “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) Items
We value our integrity. If you receive an item that is non-functional or significantly different from the description, you are protected.
Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery tracking showing “Delivered.”
Proof Required: Please email us at [Your Email Address] with your Order ID and clear video/photo proof of the defect.
Resolution: If deemed defective, we will offer a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund.
3. Refund Process (Manual Payments)
Since we process payments securely via Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay, refunds are processed manually by our billing team.
Once a refund is approved, please allow 24-48 hours for the funds to be sent back to your original payment method.
We will require you to confirm your receiving tag/number before we send the funds to ensure security.
4. Shipping & Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost by the courier (UPS/FedEx/USPS) once they leave our warehouse. We recommend requesting insurance for high-value orders.
Damaged in Transit: If a package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the box before opening it and refuse delivery if possible. Contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before the item has been shipped.
Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered “Shipped” and cannot be cancelled.
